At DokterZuid we provide personal and trusted care in Amsterdam Zuid. Together with our practice nurses and assistants, we are here to help you. DokterZuid consists of two GP practices: Kolthof & Frantzen and Morelis.

THE GP PRACTICES
Practice Morelis
Quintijn Morélis is available every day except Tuesday.
On Mondays and Tuesdays you can also visit his regular locum, Catherine Puylaert.
Practice Kolthof & Frantzen
Sjoerd Frantzen is available on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
You can see Muriël Kolthof on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
REGISTER
The practice of Dr Morelis is open again for new registrations.
You can register online or by visiting the practice.
Please note that you must live within the practice area (postcode 1077, 1076 or 1071).
